Prospect Connect Media is led by James Thomas. Before building growth systems for regulated businesses, James spent years as a compliance specialist at Herbert Smith Freehills and Macfarlanes LLP. That legal background shaped everything PCM does today.
When you understand compliance from the inside, you build marketing that works within constraints rather than around them. No grey-area tactics. No shortcuts that create liability.
From law, James moved into high-volume lead generation for regulated financial products. Life insurance. Equity release. RTA claims. Medical negligence. Every campaign had to pass compliance review before it went live. That discipline stuck.
Over the next decade, James built and ran a marketing agency serving clients across prop trading, FCA-regulated wealth management, legal claims, modular housing, and technology. Over £150M in attributed client revenue across those verticals.
